Load Control Receiver (LCR) Explanation:

$5.00 credit (reduction) per month on your electric bill. The LCR shuts off power to your water heater during periods of peak energy demand based on historical data for your substation. There is NO cost to the member. You can still use your hot water that is in the tank but incoming water will not be heated while under control. For proper tank sizing or current time schedules, contact Member Services at the Mansfield office toll free at 1-800-343-2559.
